The Riga Porcelain Museum will host an exhibition of a group of Baltic ceramists, featuring works by internationally renowned Latvian artists as well as the youngest generation of ceramists.
The exhibition is dedicated to the form of porcelain, three-dimensional art objects that the artists create in a single copy – by rolling, constructing, casting, pinching and molding. It will remove the traditional notions of porcelain and ceramic art, revealing how these materials can redefine conventional forms and serve as the basis for limitless creativity. This exhibition is an opportunity to appreciate the unique vision and artistic signature of the currently active artists.
