Danish saxophonist Lars Moller's music is distinguished by its emotional and rhythmic melodicism, combining American, Indian and Scandinavian musical influences to create his personal Nordic sound.
Danish saxophonist, composer, conductor and innovative big band leader, he is considered a leading figure in contemporary Scandinavian jazz music. As a leader of small groups and big bands, he has performed in the United States, China, Australia, Far East Asia and Europe, and has released several recordings, including the award-winning Kaleidoscope (2000).
