From March 9 to 11, Riga welcomed 158 industry professionals from 17 European countries, the USA, the UAE, and Turkey, for an exclusive workshop aimed at international association event planners. The Riga Investment and Tourism Agency (RITA) organized the event with the Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIAA) and Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & SPA Hotel, Riga.
The workshop served as a key platform for B2B meetings, allowing local service providers to present their offerings to international conference and congress organizers. Over two days of networking and discussions, Riga and Latvia were represented by MEET RIGA (RITA’s Business Tourism division), MEET LATVIA (LIAA), Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & SPA Hotel, ATTA CENTRE, and airBaltic. Each showcased why Riga is increasingly recognized as a prime destination for global business events.
