Italian pianist and singer Francesca Tandoi, who graduated from The Hague Royal Conservatory and Rotterdam Conservatory, is considered the new star of European jazz and is one of the most fascinating vocalists of the new generation.
In Riga she will perform together with two other great Italian jazz musicians - bassist Stefano Senni and drummer Giovanni Campanella. The program will definitely include pieces from her album Bop Web, which was released this year, where Francesca demonstrates the highest level of classical jazz technique and artistic sense. Such music will feel right at home in the Latvian Radio Studio 1, which has experienced a lot of good swing and bop style jazz.
